Students of the Utrecht School of the Arts

Suddenly she emerges, right in the middle of Utrechts city centre: the Neudeflat. A modern counterpart to the Dom Tower. A builind that has been exercising Utrecht minds for fifty years. It is a wedge; you either love it or hate it. Architect Maaskant designed the 57-metre high tower that contrasts sharply with its historical surroundings. This construction is the most modern building along the route of Trajectum Lumen.

A multidisciplinary team of HKU students uses the first floor as a canvas to uncover the soul of the building. With special projectors and a screen on the inside of the windows, HKU challenges you to see the Neude block of flats in an entirely new light.
